This option is one night payment for a deposit. It will be deducted from the full price of $3749.95 and the remaining balance will be split into monthly payments via a seprate invoice

Located within Hidden Beach Resort Au Naturel, these suites feature beautiful ocean views, a spacious open-concept layout, climate-controlled air conditioning, and a full soaking tub ideal for relaxing after sun-filled days and unforgettable nights.
Your Stay Includes:
Accommodations for October 1–6, 2026 (5 nights)
Pricing is based on double occupancy (2 people sharing one room)
All gourmet dining and beverages, including meals, snacks, and premium drinks throughout the resort
Access to all takeover programming and resort amenities
Complimentary shared/public resort transportation (per resort schedule)
Daily housekeeping and in-room amenities

Private takeover transportation is available for an additional cost for guests who prefer dedicated transfers.

Terms and Conditions
PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To align with our contractual obligations to the resort:

50% of total reservation cost is due no later than 7 months prior to arrival

Final payment is due no later than 75 days prior to arrival

If travel insurance is selected, the insurance premium must be paid in full with the first payment and is non-refundable once issued.
Failure to make payments by the stated deadlines may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be made in writing via certified letter or email with receipt confirmation to

Cancellations made 210 days or more before arrival
Refund of payments made minus the value of one (1) night, plus any applicable processing fees. -
Cancellations made less than 210 days but more than 120 days before arrival
Refund of payments made minus the value of two (2) nights, plus any applicable processing fees. -
Cancellations made less than 120 days but more than 75 days before arrival
The value of two (2) nights is forfeited.
Any remaining balance will be issued as a credit for future H&H travel or events.
Credits are valid for one (1) year from date of issue and are non-refundable. -
Cancellations made 75 days or less before arrival, including No-Shows
No refunds will be issued. All payments are forfeited.
TRANSFERS

Reservations may be transferred to another approved guest up to 30 days prior to arrival, subject to a $75 processing fee.

Transfers do not reset payment or cancellation deadlines.

If a waiting list exists, H&H Social Club may assist in facilitating the transfer but does not guarantee resale.
INSURANCE & CANCEL FOR ANY REASON (CFAR)
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance with Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) coverage.

If insurance is selected, the premium must be paid in full with the first payment and is non-refundable once issued.

When CFAR insurance is purchased, the insurance policy becomes the primary and exclusive method of reimbursement.

Insurance benefits may not be combined with, supplemented by, or used in conjunction with the H&H Social Club refund policy.

H&H Social Club will not issue refunds for cancellations eligible for insurance reimbursement.

Guests are responsible for understanding and complying with their insurance provider’s terms, coverage limits, and claim deadlines.
ADDITIONAL TERMS

Late arrivals, early departures, unused nights, and unused services are non-refundable.

All reservations must be paid in full by the date listed on the invoice.

Processing fees are non-refundable.

Transfers from other H&H events are subject to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of the original booking, not the new event.

Transfer fees may apply and transfers are permitted only to another H&H production event.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT
By submitting a deposit or payment, the guest acknowledges and agrees to this payment, cancellation, and refund policy in full.
